The Kingdom Hearts series is one of Squaresoft's last serieses before it's merge with Enix. It is a crossover that contains characters from various Disney films, Final Fantasy games, and, recently, The World Ends With You. So far, there are 7 main games in the series:

Over the course of the series, there have been several protagonists. Sora is the series protagonist, despite being playable in only four games (five if you count 358/2 Days). Other protagonists include Riku, Roxas, Xion, Ventus, Aqua, Terra and Data-Sora.
