Awaiting reply

Could you reply to me on Square Enix Wiki talk:Coverage#As I expressed on my user page...?

On a second query, why is this wiki so dead? And why does it have so many red linked policy pages? And even more surprisingly, it has 6,384 edits to 1,507 pages, of which only 75 are articles, and 58 of those 75 are stubs? What's going on with this wiki? --The Retro Gamer 13:40, 3 May 2015 (UTC)

I've replied, though for future reference, I don't reply quickly on major issues like this to give me time to gather my thoughts. It's just how I am. On your second question, the issue lies in the fact that, unlike NIWA (which I understand you're from?), SEIWA didn't take off as well from what I know (I wasn't around at the time). I only "inherited", if you will, this wiki about seven months ago, and have made my effort to fix it up to at least a level that we can have regular users. That included remaking several templates for which the originals I haven't deleted in case I miss something from them (and I replaced them only because I found them too complicated for the average user). Also, if you look in Special:Statistics, you'll see that we have 800+ users, but as seen in Special:Listusers, almost all of them have been blocked. Whatever contributions they've made has contributed to those 6,000+ edits. On top of it all, I'm the only active user on this wiki, as of seven months ago, so I'm the only one contributing to fixing this wiki. I've remade the theme, replaced several templates. and I've written as many of the policy pages as I've been able to (This wiki was built largely, from what I can tell, from the format used at NIWA, which is why there are so many policy red links). My little progress in mainspace (where I'm not entirely good at) can be seen in articles like Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Wiki. I've made small progress, but I consider it progress none the less. KeybladeSpyMaster 23:40, 3 May 2015 (UTC)
Under further investigation (because as I thought about it, 1000+ pages did seem a little off), I think I found the cause of our super long list of pages. If you see in Special:AllPages, selecting the "User Talk" namespace, you'll find that there've been a ton of user talk pages started. In fact, I think the only other namespace anywhere close to that many pages is the Template namespace. I think what happened is that at the time, Square Enix Wiki had a bot, which automatically welcomed new users. As we had a huge spamming issue back then (whenever that was), all those talk pages were started even though the users were quickly blocked. If you know of a way to mass delete those pages (without deleting legit user talk pages, like deleting blocked user talk pages or something), I'd sure appreciate knowing soon. Please block me. I want to be blocked

Please block me. I want to be blocked indefinitely. Please. Don't ignore. Also, just block my username, don't block or autoblock my IP address.

Why do you want to be blocked. Also, the IP will be autoblocked, that's the way the MediaWiki software is set up here, and I can't change that. KeybladeSpyMaster 15:25, 28 August 2017 (UTC)

Welcome back

I know you probably get this a lot already, but welcome back. Bud0011 (talk) 23:05, 24 September 2017 (UTC)

I am sorry, I find it difficult to keep track of a conversation when it is spread across multiple pages
I think that can be arranged, I will ask our tech support to look into it.
If you have a Discord, would you consider joining the Grifkuba Server and/or the ABXY/Strategy wiki server?
I will let you know if I have any other ideas. Bud0011 (talk) 11:22, 26 September 2017 (UTC)
Sorry, I definitely understand the desire not to spread it out. I don't like to do it either. I didn't mean to make you move this back to this page, I just hadn't had time to get back on site 'til now. I don't have a Discord account right now, in part because it wasn't well accepted at KHWiki for other reasons. Thanks also for the help with the Moderation extension, I really appreciate it. I noticed that with the recent update to the wiki, there seems to be something broken with the tabber function. I can ask Porplemontage at the KHWiki about tabs because I think it's handled differently on the KHWiki, if you'd like. KeybladeSpyMaster 03:57, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
Tabs don't need the extension anymore, so I disabled it (and a few others) during the update process. Extensions cause extra work during updates and there so many in use already. --Sove (talk) 05:27, 28 September 2017 (UTC)
It is fine, I figured by moving it back here, it would be back where it started. And you don't have to create a Discord account, if you are not interested; but if you do, Those links are perma-invites and will never expire. Also, if you get a chance, please have a look over here. I would appricated it if you a replied if you have a moment. :) Bud0011 (talk) 11:09, 28 September 2017 (UTC)

Should be enabled now. If any problems arise, you can contact us here or on Discord. --Sove (talk) 08:57, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

Thanks a lot, Sove! KeybladeSpyMaster 03:58, 28 September 2017 (UTC)

I can't believe you retards forgot you made me the mod here, lmao. Good luck keeping your little community going when your server is a ghost town faggots.
