::Well, sadly, I'm not sure where to start with what you said (although I do understand where you're going with this), and I've gotten my Ambassador rights, so I'm trying to get the foundations set up now. About the skin, I've got it tailored to the default SEIWA black and red - by 16bit RPG, do you mean kind of like what Dragon Quest wiki has for its default Vector skin?
